Yes. Living Hope is registered with the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) as an alternative investment fund manager under the AIFMD registration regime. This regime applies to managers of closed-end funds with less than EUR 500 million in assets under management and a minimum investment commitment of EUR 100,000 per investor.
Living Hope Europe Fund is structured as an Evergreen Fund and legally established as a Dutch Cooperative with Excluded Liability (Coöperatief U.A.). New investors may join during periodic subscription rounds when the Fund is raising capital for new investment opportunities.
The Fund holds an annual members’ meeting and is designed for long-term value creation. We believe the cooperative structure aligns well with our investment philosophy and offers significant fiscal advantages. In many cases, returns can benefit from participation exemption treatment both at the level of the Fund and at the level of the investor, creating a highly efficient structure for long-term capital growth.
