Yes. Living Hope is registered at the AFM.

The Living Hope Europe Fund, is structured as a Dutch Cooperation, with an Evergreen structure. A 2% management fee is charged by Living Hope Management BV on yearly basis, and a 10% deal-by-deal Carried Interest  applies on all distributions, with a hurdle of 8%.

No, we are professional investors. And although we do not focus only on financial returns, we know how to invest and build businesses properly, resulting in market rate returns.
