Vacancy: Venture Analyst / Associate

This position can be filled at either Analyst or Associate depending on background & experience. For exceptional candidates we are open to building a long-term investment career together, including carried interest and potential partnership.

Your Mission / Responsibilities

• Strengthen the technological and analytical edge of our investment process.
• Play a leading role in the deal origination and screening process
• Working directly with the Partners on deal execution (structuring, docs, due diligence, investment committee, exits)
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, analysis, and insight generation
• Support on portfolio management (KPI tracking, supporting founders, strategy sessions etc.)

AI is becoming a central tool in how we research markets, analyze startups and support founders. You are expected to actively use AI tools on a daily basis.

Who We Are Looking For

We are intentionally open to multiple backgrounds, as long as candidates have strong technical understanding and intellectual curiosity.

You may come from:

• Engineering / Computer Science / Data Science
• Venture Capital or Private Equity
• Software development or product building
• A startup founder background
• Technical consulting or analytics

Experience building technology can be just as valuable as experience investing in it.

Required background:

• University level education (BSc / MSc /PhD)
• Strong analytical and structured thinking and communication
• Understanding of how venture capital works, either through experience as a founder or at an investment firm
• Curiosity about technology, startups and venture capital
• Ability to evaluate both technology, business models and most importantly people
• Two years or more work experience in investing or company building. 

Daily use of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or similar, as well as our bespoke tools) and strong familiarity with AI-assisted research and workflows is an absolute requirement.
